Help Desk Analyst

A Help Desk Analyst opportunity is available at The Lebermuth Company.  Lebermuth dates back to 1908, and specializes in the manufacture of fragrance and flavor components from essential oils.  Lebermuth perfumers and chemists utilize organic, natural and synthetic materials to meet customer needs.  Our products supply various industries, including home fragrance, personal care and industrial markets.


Responsibilities representative of the Help Desk role include:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee technical support requests

  • Perform tasks involving the support, maintenance, inventory and use of PCs and peripherals (i.e. phones, tablets)

  • Participate in project assigments, working with various Lebermuth departments and vendors

  • Assist with network support and problem resolution

  • Document in an online portal the actions taken on support requests


Qualified candidates offer the following:

  • 4-year degree in a computer-related field of study; a minimum of 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with Windows 7 & 10, Windows server 2012, MS Dynamics, and MS Office, including SharePoint

  • Desire to be part of a service-oriented, collaborative team

  • Strong verbal and written skills to effectively interact with internal customers, vendors etc.

  • Microsoft certifications are helpful, as well as some experience with AS400 programming, SQL, java code or web development
