Sales Manager

The position of Sales Manager is currently available at The Lebermuth Company.  This role works closely with our Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for the following:


  • Ensuring effective, on-going training of sales team members

  • Recruiting and onboarding outside sales and customer service employees

  • Administering KPIs, performance reviews and pay plans

  • Coordinating with various Lebermuth departments on sales forecasts

  • Proactively managing the CRM to ensure its full utilization

  • Fostering a results-driven, team-oriented environment


Qualified candidates offer a minimum of 5 years’ sales management experience.  Excellent communication, process orientation, organization and planning skills are critical.  Flexibility for field travel is necessary.
