Customer Service Representative

The Lebermuth Company currently seeks a Customer Service Representative for our busy Sales & Marketing department.  Primary responsibilities include the following:


  •          Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions from phone and website orders.
  •          Keep customers apprised of order updates.
  •          Maintain open communication with purchasing and manufacturing personnel to ensure order integrity and on-time delivery.
  •          Complete all required entry into our customer contact database.
  •          Continually expand knowledge base of products and solutions in order to articulate the benefits of  Lebermuth’s product offerings.


Advanced data entry skills and a strong customer service orientation are critical in this role.  Time management, active listening and effective problem solving skills are also imperative.  Individuals interested in either part-time or full-time will be considered.
