Customer Service Representative
The Lebermuth Company currently seeks a Customer Service Representative for our busy Sales & Marketing department. Primary responsibilities include the following:
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions from phone and website orders.
Keep customers apprised of order updates.
Maintain open communication with purchasing and manufacturing personnel to ensure order integrity and on-time delivery.
Complete all required entry into our customer contact database.
Continually expand knowledge base of products and solutions in order to articulate the benefits of Lebermuth’s product offerings.
Advanced data entry skills and a strong customer service orientation are critical in this role. Time management, active listening and effective problem solving skills are also imperative. Individuals interested in either part-time or full-time will be considered.
