	Irvin N. Brown, Chairman of the Board -Our patriarch, Irv, represents the third generation of the Brown family working in the business. Irv has over 50 years of experience in essential oil and mint industries. As a farmer and educator, no one knows how and why your product tastes or smells like mint better than Irv Brown.
	Rob Brown, President – Rob’s passion for essential oils led him to attain the credentials of Perfumer as recognized by the ASP (American Society of Perfumers). Rob’s creativity, drive, and vision provides company direction. He oversees the Essential Oil and Fragrance division including hands on management of our sales team. Rob loves to play hockey and roller blade but most of all Rob loves to see our clients’ products on retail shelves with the knowledge that those products contain Lebermuth raw materials!
	Alan S. Brown, Vice President, Administration - Alan provides support to the Purchasing, IT, Accounting and Marketing departments. He also services some key corporate clients. Alan loves music, tennis, golf, snow skiing, red wine and food!
	Melanie Brown, Account Representative – Mel joined our team in 2005. Working hands on with our perfumery and sales staff, Mel has experienced the fragrance business from stem to stern. Her love of essential oils comes from an extensive background in aromatherapy. Her keen insight of market trends helps our clients be the first in launching innovative products. Mel enjoys traveling, music, reading, and won’t leave home without her iPod.
	Norm Rowe, Senior Research and Development Manager - Norm is responsible for managing the research and development lab. Norm is active in creating flavors and developing new fragrances and flavor components that make Lebermuth's products unique. Norm is a graduate of Purdue University and likes traveling with his wife, bicycling, hiking, surfing the web, and physical fitness. Norm particularly enjoys watching Purdue's football and basketball games.
	Pattie Gates PHR, HR Manager – Pattie joined the Lebermuth team in 2004. She has responsibilities for HR and the Customer Service team. She is committed to both internal and external satisfaction. Happy employees and happy clients are her goals! Pattie likes to travel, read, enjoy warm weather and spend time with her grandsons.
	Dave Shebell, General Manager – Dave is the General Manager of our manufacturing facility and manages the Fragrance Lab. Dave has been with Lebermuth since 2000 when he was hired to work in the oil sample room. Through hard work and commitment, he has become a valuable member of the Lebermuth team. Dave is a Red Wings hockey fan. He loves spending time with his family (four children) and riding his Harley.
	Ron Lebiecki, Controller – Ron has recently joined the Lebermuth team as Controller. He enjoys bowling, reading, riding motorcycles and music. His favorite pastimes are his dog Harley and attending Michigan State football games with his son and daughter.
	Ellen Chen, Perfumer – Becoming a Perfumer was not only a dream to Ellen as a little girl, it became a goal she pursued as an adult. In addition to a strong perfumery academic background, Ellen has over 12 years of flavor and fragrance industry experience. Her love of perfumery shines through in her unique and attractive works. Ellen has twins, a boy and a girl, and enjoys music, art, reading, cooking and spending time with her family.
	Brett Dumph, Senior Account Executive - Brett's extensive apprenticeship knowledge of the fragrance and essential oil industry allows him to accurately pin point and communicate with clientele about their individual needs and concerns. With more than twelve years of experience, Brett will likely know the answer to any question you might have. Brett will always go the extra mile to earn your trust, gain and maintain your business. Brett loves music, his children and living in Bremen, Indiana.
	Jodi Aker, Senior Account Executive - Jodi's sixteen years at Lebermuth has given her extensive experience to help clients grow beyond imaginable dreams. Jodi's creative talents and knowledge of market trends enables her to select the best fragrances for her clients. Building relationships by finding the perfect fit for Lebermuth’s products to enhance our clients’ brand is her specialty. Jodi is a member of Toastmasters International. She is a huge animal lover and enjoys volunteering with the local animal shelter.
	Jim Gates, Purchasing Manager – Jim is responsible for materials management and purchasing. Jim travels the world buying our essential oils and raw materials. He loves golfing and spending time with his wife and two children.
	Diana Yan, Director of Asian Initiatives – Working in conjunction with Lebermuth’s sales office in Shanghai, China, Diana concentrates on sourcing goods and selling Lebermuth’s high quality fragrance and essential oils to the Chinese market. Diana’s passion is to create fair trade by bringing unique and creative products to Lebermuth’s customers. She loves reading, classical musical and spending time with her family.
