Our Culture

We're more than just a family owned business. We're a LeberFamily. We treat our colleagues like family, ensuring their success and longevity of employment with us. After all, our mission statement is to "sustain and enrich the lives of our families, partners and clients".

As a supplier of essential oils, we enjoy many grower-direct relationships. As a creator of custom fragrances and flavors, we partner with our customers to learn their needs, challenges, and goals.

Our technical capabilities include distillation, quality control/quality assurance, and innovation of products.

Our Benefits

We offer competitive and comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with a generous company match, monthly gym reimbursement as well as 100% paid basic life and short-term disability insurance.

The Lebermuth team gives back. Each year, our team selects and supports several incredible organizations making a difference in the Michiana community. Past organizations include: Bremen, IN Food bank, Habitat for Humanity, Beacon Children’s Hospital, and Pet Refuge.

We always make time for fun because strong teams are built on strong bonds. We offer lots of opportunities to connect with co-workers including weekly on-site yoga classes, monthly happy hours, and great company parties.
